Khan Traders’ main objective is to provide high-quality furniture products and reliable service to its customers. This policy has been created to explain the situations in which a product may be eligible for return, replacement or refund and the cases in which such requests may not be accepted.
Inspection at the Time of Delivery
Customers must properly inspect the product immediately upon delivery. If the product is found to be damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer must inform Khan Traders within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and a brief description of the issue. Complaints raised after this time limit may not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. The invoice, warranty card, accessories and manuals must be intact. Products that have been assembled, used, modified or ordered as customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Products
Customized, made-to-order, clearance sale and discounted products are generally non-returnable. Returns for such products will be accepted only if a manufacturing defect or transit damage is clearly established.
Return Process and Product Inspection
Once a return request is approved, the customer must hand over the product to the pickup agent in proper and secure packaging. After the product reaches the warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection. The return is approved only if the product is found to be in accordance with company policy.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund amount is usually credited within 7 to 10 working days, however, the actual credit time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway processing. Delivery charges, installation charges, service charges and any other handling charges are non-refundable.
Right to Refuse
Khan Traders reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request if the product does not meet policy conditions, shows signs of misuse or if a false claim has been raised.
Changes to the Policy
Khan Traders reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The updated policy will become applicable immediately after being published on the website.
